I received an email at work about a yoga class to be held in conjunction with my work's picnic. It said: "Students will practice yoga in a totally non-competitive environment." I am trying to visualize competitive yoga, but really cannot. I do know though that if it existed, ESPN 8, "The Ocho" would show it.
