There is an article on AOL.COM about police over reacting and tasering people. I think the problem is what can the police do. They can't shoot them, and in the old days they would whack them with a night stick or choke hold them. Unfortunately in this days society they cannot do those kind of things, even if they are appropriate or safe. They are limited to tasering or swarming.
