Several members of the Lakota Band of the Souix Nation announced that they will be seceding from the US. They are using a UN treaty on indigenous people as their authority. I don't know how easy this is, or what benefits they will gain, or what kind of reaction the Federal Government will had. This is not really secession as they are just abrogating treaties they signed with the US Government that had established their status in the United States.
